BeTwin and Buddy software (version 2.00.362 and earlier) do not support Windows 2000 Pro SP4 Security Update KB941693 released by Microsoft on 12th August 2008. This specific Security Update may cause some compatibility issues with some video drivers resulting in the Station fails to change display colors/ resolution.
If you have installed the Windows Security Update KB941693, you will need to uninstall/ remove the Windows 2000 Pro SP4 Security Update KB941693 for the Station(s) to work correctly.

If you are using Buddy B-680 Premium or Lite, then you should use the Buddy software (Do Not use the BeTwin software). |

If you are using BeTwin (that is you are not using Buddy B-680 Premium/ Lite), then you should use the BeTwin 2000/XP software (Do Not use the Buddy software).
