BeTwin
VS (32-bit) and WinConnect Server VS (32-bit) version
2.00.368 or later support Windows Vista SP1. If you
are using earlier version of BeTwin VS (32-bit) or WinConnect
Server VS (32-bit), you will need to upgrade to BeTwin
VS (32-bit) or WinConnect Server VS (32-bit) version
2.00.368 or later.

After
upgrading to Windows Vista Service Pack 1, you
will need to uninstall the current BeTwin VS software
(even though you may have installed the latest
BeTwin VS software version), restart Windows,
re-install with the latest BeTwin VS software
version and run Configuration Wizard to re-setup
the Host and Station(s).
Note: You may need to re-register
BeTwin VS again using the same primary serial
number that was originally registered on the same
PC as the installation of Windows Vista SP1 may
have affected the BeTwin VS licensing.

upgrading to Windows Vista Service Pack 1, you

Server VS software (even though you may have
installed the latest WinConnect Server VS software
version) and restart Windows.Make sure that
the Windows native remote desktop feature is
working properly before you proceed to re-install
with the latest WinConnect Server VS software
version.
Note: You may need to re-register
WinConnect Server VS again using the same primary
serial number that was originally registered
on the same PC as the installation of Windows
Vista SP1 may have affected the WinConnect Server
VS licensing.
